The Ubiquiti Cat6A Keystone Coupler is described by Ubiquiti as a pass-through Cat6A keystone coupler for connecting pre-terminated Ethernet cables seamlessly. It is supplied twelve to a pack.
A coupler is not a jack, and the difference is worth being clear about because getting it wrong means sending the part back. A coupler joins two cables that already have plugs on them — it is an RJ45 socket on each side. A jack terminates loose cable onto punch-down or toolless contacts. If the cable arriving at the panel already has a plug crimped on it, this is the part; if it is bare cable, the Cat6A Keystone Jack is.
These are Category 6A, in a stainless steel housing rather than the polycarbonate of the Cat6 version, and they snap into any blank keystone opening — the options are the 24-Port Blank Keystone Patch Panel and the Universal Paintable Keystone Wall Plate as the compatible fittings. Each coupler is 31.2 mm long and weighs 7.5 g. Installation is a push fit from the front, nothing else needed.
