The F-1000 Series Speaker are compact two-way speaker systems designed for high efficiency, wide range, and high power input handling capability. These speaker systems can be installed in a manner ideal for the location and intended application. The F-1000BTWP features a water-proof design (splash-proof type meeting IPX4 standard), so that it can be permanently installed outdoors.
Drive components are low frequency: 10 cm (4) cone-type high frequency: balanced dome tweeter. Rated input is 15 W. Sensitivity is 87 dB (1 W, 1 m) at installation in 1/2 free sound field. Frequency response is 85 - 20,000 Hz, -10 dB at installation in 1/2 free sound field. Dispersion is horizontal: 90°, vertical: 90°.
A multi-tap transformer lets it sit on a 70 V or 100 V distributed line, which is how a building-wide system runs many speakers from one amplifier; a low-impedance tap is there for a conventional installation. This is the weather-resistant version, for covered outdoor areas — walkways, loading bays, platforms and forecourts. Supplied with speaker bracket x 1, joint bracket x 1, wall bracket x 1. Weight is 2 kg.
