The Klipsch R-101SW is a 10" powered subwoofer with an all-digital 150W RMS (300W peak) amplifier, reaching 29.5Hz. It is the entry point to Klipsch subwoofers and pairs naturally with Reference bookshelf and center speakers that roll off in the 60–90Hz region.
The high-excursion spun-copper woofer moves a lot of air for its size, and bass-reflex loading through a rear-firing port extends output below the driver's natural roll-off. Front-mounted controls cover volume, low-pass frequency and 0/180 phase, with auto power-on so the subwoofer sleeps when the system is off.
Line-level / LFE RCA inputs connect to any AV receiver subwoofer output.
