The Klipsch PRO-10SW-LS is a 10" half-burial landscape subwoofer. Unlike the full-burial PRO-12SW-LS, the cabinet sits half above ground, which makes it usable where excavation depth is limited — shallow beds, over utilities, or on top of hardscape.
The dual voice coil design allows transformerless 70V operation at 250W. Running transformerless avoids the low-frequency limitation a transformer imposes, which is what gives this real bass extension on a distributed line. It also runs 8 ohm stereo or 4 ohm mono. Klipsch Professional landscape products run on a 70V constant-voltage line, the standard for distributed outdoor systems where one amplifier feeds many speakers over long cable runs.
The canopy is rustproof UV-resistant aluminum and the cabinet heavy-duty high-impact polyethylene, both paintable to match the landscape.
