The Klipsch KPH-525 is a pendant housing — not a speaker. It converts a Klipsch in-ceiling commercial speaker into a suspended pendant, for spaces with high, open or exposed ceilings where an in-ceiling speaker has no ceiling to sit in.
It is designed specifically for the Klipsch IC-400-T, IC-500-T-SC or IC-525-T UL-certified 70V in-ceiling speakers with integrated backcans. The speaker's own backcan mounts inside the housing, so the acoustic design is unchanged — this provides the enclosure and the suspension, not the sound.
The housing is 1mm aluminum housing. Three mounting points take balance cables that converge to a single drop cable, with a safety cable attachment on the speaker backcan (safety cable not included).
