Product Details
The CS-18C is a value-focused Klipsch architectural speaker: the performance, reliability and finish you would expect from the brand, at a price that makes sense when a job needs eight of them rather than two.
It uses an 8" (203.2mm) polymer woofer with a 1" (19mm) polymer dome tweeter. The low-resonance polymer dome recreates high frequencies with reduced distortion and wide, balanced dispersion, and the dense but lightweight poly cone gives authoritative bass for the driver size.
The SlimTrim™ grille reduces visible frame size by around 90% and grille depth by around 80% against competing designs, for an edge-to-edge look that blends into the ceiling or wall. The powder-coated steel grille attaches magnetically and tightly, which also virtually eliminates resonant buzz from a loose grille.
Sky Hook® Cinch installation is included: preset clamping force, no over-torquing, and a quarter-turn adjustment for uneven openings.
