StreetSiren Jeweller is a wireless siren for outdoor and indoor use that combines a loud buzzer with a bright LED frame, so an alarm is both heard and seen. It signals alarms, shows system status, marks arming and disarming delays, and leaves an after-alarm indication a patrol can read from the street.
Alarm volume is adjustable from 85 to 113 dB at 3.3 ft across a 1.60–4.5 kHz band, with a duration from 3 seconds to 3 minutes. The IP54 enclosure works from −13 °F to 140 °F. Jeweller radio reaches up to 4,500 ft in open space and four pre-installed CR123A batteries last up to 5 years; a 6–20 V DC supply can power it instead where mains is available.
Both a tamper button and an accelerometer guard the housing: the first reports the enclosure being opened, the second any attempt to move or prise it off the wall. A holding screw resists a quick grab-and-pull. Firmware updates arrive over the air on Wings, Ajax's second radio channel. The SmartBracket panel lets an installer mount the device on the wall without disassembling the enclosure, and the detector pairs with the hub by scanning a QR code. Correct installation at a height of 2.4 m with the lens perpendicular to the likely intrusion path is what delivers the stated detection pattern and pet immunity. It can be reconfigured remotely from the Ajax apps without a site visit. Supplied in the white finish. The same device in black is stocked as 42844.07.BL3.
