LifeQuality Lite Jeweller measures temperature and humidity. It does not measure CO₂ — that is the difference between it and the full LifeQuality, and it is what separates the two models.
What it gives up in CO₂ it gains in range and endurance. The temperature span runs from −22 °F to 122 °F, well below the full model's 32 °F floor, with stated accuracy at every band down to the bottom — so it reads a cold store, an unheated warehouse or an outbuilding, not just a room. Battery life reaches five years at room temperature, or about two and a half in sub-zero conditions.
Readings update at least once a minute, appear live in the Ajax apps and can drive automation scenarios or raise a notification when a threshold is crossed. That combination — wireless, long-lived, accurate below freezing — is what makes it a monitoring device for compliance records rather than comfort. Jeweller is Ajax's own two-way radio protocol: encrypted with a dynamic key, frequency-hopping to ride out interference, and continuously polled so a lost device is flagged within 36 seconds rather than going quiet unnoticed. Supplied in the white finish; the same monitor in black is stocked as 172156.388. BL3.
